Le collectif réuni par Sandra Nkaké et Jî Drû vient de nous offrir leur hommage à Gil Scott Heron. Bouleversés par l'annonce de sa mort, ils ont aussitôt décider d'enregistrer avec quelques amis un morceau en hommage à ce grand poète et musicien.
Ils présentent ainsi ce projet venu du cœur :
"Gil Scott Heron est décédé il y a une semaine. Sa musique et son message nous ont marqué à jamais. Nous avons écrit et enregistré en une nuit un morceau hommage nommé "A place for you !". Rejoint par des proches et amis musiciens concernés, sur un riff de "Inner City Blues" de Marvin Gaye, nous chantons un refrain hommage à Scott Heron et lui empruntons un texte extrait de "I Think I'll Call It Morning".
